Senior Lead Managers

We are looking for experienced Senior Lead Managers to perform effective financial and operational analysis and plan the organization’s financial strategy. 

Past experience could be at the Controller level or even CFO level.  

It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. 

A Senior Lead must be well-versed in all aspects of restaurant financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations.  

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command. Each Senior Lead Super-Star will manage upwards of 4 other Account Managers and over 100 active locations.  

Senior Lead’s will have direct contact with the client as well as managing and training the teams underneath their watch.  

Skills:  

• Proven experience as CFO, Controller, finance officer or relevant role in the restaurant business 
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods 
• Proficient in the use of Restaurant365, Compeat, Excel, and cash flow projections
•  Ability to strategize and solve problems, to fix the “root” cause 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills 
• Excellent communication and people skills 
• An analytical mind
• Comfortable with numbers 
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; 
• MSc/MBA is a plus
